The Benefits of Keto?
The main reason people choose to take up the Ketogenic diet is weight loss. The diet stops your body from storing fat by using it as fuel. Getting into Ketosis can be a struggle but once you achieve it your weight should consistently decrease.
A Keto diet provides your body with a more consistent energy source and therefore many people find the feeling of hunger that you regularly get with a normal carb diet disappears.
Ketones provide a consistent source of energy to your brain improving mental clarity and focus.
